Chef Luca Nania trained in the most prestigious kitchens, abroad and in Italy - JW Marriott in Beijing, Sheraton Hotels in Milan, Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice - combining Italian simplicity with international influences. His contemporary cuisine at ZAÏA is spice-forward and eclectic. And the ever changing menu celebrates high quality ingredients and originality from start to finish, dessert included.
